These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Awaken Zen Spa's services, website, and communications. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms.
All appointments at Awaken Zen Spa are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online at awakenzenspa.com/booking, by calling (602) 688-2578, or by texting our AI concierge, Kai.
A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you select a pre-pay option.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment, will result in a $25 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by calling (602) 688-2578 or texting our AI concierge at the same number.
By providing your phone number and opting in on our booking page, or by texting our business number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Awaken Zen Spa including:
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Our AI concierge, Kai, handles most text inquiries and can assist with booking and scheduling.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, medications, or contraindications that may affect their service. Awaken Zen Spa reserves the right to modify or decline services based on health and safety considerations.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary intake forms. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time without adjustment to the service fee.
We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Square. Gift cards are also accepted and never expire. Prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect already-confirmed bookings.
Our services are intended for relaxation, wellness, and general well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult your physician before receiving services if you have any medical concerns.
