These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Awaken Zen Spa ("we," "us," or "our"), including our website at awakenzenspa.com, our booking system, and our SMS communications program. By booking an appointment or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

SMS Messaging Program

Awaken Zen Spa operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients about appointments, availability, and special offers.

Program name: Awaken Zen Spa Client Communications

Message types: Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling assistance, and last-minute availability offers

Message frequency: Varies based on appointment activity. Last-minute offer messages are sent no more than 2 times per 14-day period per client.

Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your full service. However, your session may be shortened out of respect for other clients scheduled after you, and the full service rate will apply.

Flash Offers: Last-minute appointment offers are sent to eligible non-member clients on a rotating basis. Offers are time-sensitive and subject to availability. Flash pricing is valid only for the specific appointment slot offered and cannot be applied to future bookings.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards and cash. A card on file may be required to hold certain appointments. Payment is processed securely through Square.

Health & Safety

For the safety of all clients and staff, please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to modify or decline services based on health and safety considerations.

Limitation of Liability

Awaken Zen Spa's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
