Membership Terms

A Monthly Commitment. Zen Core is a recurring monthly membership, not a punch card — your card on file is charged $85 on the same date every month, and we expect you'll come in monthly to use it. If you miss a month, your one unused credit rolls into the next cycle rather than being lost.

Minimum Term. Zen Core has a 3-month minimum term. Cancelling before 3 months incurs an $89 early-termination fee, charged to your card on file.

Included Service. One Tier-1 (60-minute, $100 value) massage or facial is included each month. You may bank one unused credit at a time into your next cycle — a second unused credit beyond that is forfeited.

Additional Services. Additional services on the same day are billed at the member rate of $85/hr. Retail products are discounted 15%.

Spouse / Guest Perk. One designated guest may book at your $85 member rate. You can add or update your guest in your client portal.

No-Show & Late Cancellation. A $25 fee applies to appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice. By joining, you pre-authorize this fee to be charged to your card on file.

Pause & Cancel. You may pause or cancel at any time from your client portal. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. Banked services remain available for 90 days after cancellation.
