Five Modalities, One Session

Blissful Slumber draws from five distinct therapeutic traditions. Each has its own history, mechanism, and effect — and together they create a depth of restoration that a single-modality session simply cannot reach.

Craniosacral Therapy

A light-touch approach that works with the craniosacral rhythm — the subtle movement of cerebrospinal fluid between the skull and sacrum. By releasing restrictions in this system, craniosacral therapy relieves tension in the central nervous system and creates conditions for deep, systemic rest.

Polarity Therapy

Based on the principle that the body has positive and negative energy poles — and that pain, stress, and illness arise when this flow is disrupted. Gentle holds and directed contact re-establish energetic balance, clearing the pathways through which the body's vital energy moves.

Sound Bowl Massage

Tibetan or crystal singing bowls are placed on or near the body, producing vibrational frequencies that travel through fluid and tissue. Reiki

A Japanese energy healing practice in which the practitioner channels universal life energy through light touch or near-body presence. Breath Work
